Private Counselling
Available online, by phone, or face to face. These sessions focus on your personal experiences, goals, and challenges, providing a private and confidential space to explore what’s happening in your life at your own pace.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy practice. My colleagues and I are constantly creating and providing structured group therapy for select topics. We advocate the connection of the human spirit in a time where it’s getting harder for connection.
Grounded Walk and Talk
For some people, conversation flows more naturally outside a traditional therapy room. Sessions can take place while walking outdoors or in other relaxed settings, such as a quiet café, and are tailored to your comfort and preferences.
Supporting people to understand patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships through evidence-based, tailored approaches. Alongside this, I am developing group therapy programs that focus on connection, shared insight, and relational growth in a safe, supportive space.
